For over 20 years Fran led the largest multicultural agency in the country as an award-winning VP, Creative Director and writer in Detroit and New York, building global brands such as Verizon, Subway, US Census 2010, Chrysler, Chevy, Ford, Jeep, Lincoln, Walmart and Bermuda Tourism. Known for his strategic and creative thinking, Fran garnered lots of recognition for finding uncontested market space and opportunities for his clients’ brands and continues on the path as founder and president of Boulevard.

More than 15+ years included working at a multicultural agency and in the automotive industry supporting Jeep, Dodge and Chrysler brands.

Her impressive client experiences include working with companies such as Ford, Chrysler, Procter & Gamble, Aetna, Kraft General Foods, Baptist Health, AbbVie, Gilead, McNabb, Florida Blue, AARP, AT&T and others.
